O site Funchal Daily Photo tem o compromisso de colocar em cada dia uma fotografia diferente do Funchal, cidade portuguesa capital da ilha da Madeira, no oceano Atlântico. Fotografia que não tem de ser necessariamente do próprio dia, pois pode ser de outro, ter semanas e até meses ou anos.

Surgiu a 29 de abril de 2009 com a publicação da primeira fotografia.

Integra a rede mundial City Daly Photo onde autores de diferentes sites de cidades do mundo têm os mesmos compromissos que os meus.

Chamo-me Paulo Camacho, jornalista com 30 anos de experiência. Sou entusiasta da fotografia e autor do site Funchal Daily Photo que leva a cidade ao mundo.

Tenho imenso prazer em compartilhar consigo momentos e enquadramentos de uma cidade moderna que convive numa perfeita simbiose com mais de 5 séculos de história.

The site Funchal Daily Photo is committed to put in each day a different picture of Funchal, the Portuguese capital city of the island of Madeira in the Atlantic Ocean. Photograph need not necessarily be of the same day, it may be from another, have weeks and even months or years.

The site was born in the April 29, 2009 with the publication of the first picture.
