I like very much cuise ships. And, from my home I can see them coming and going out in Funchal port that had in 2011 the visit from 303 cruise ships and more than 540.000 passagengers. I did this zoom to the last departure of Ventura, a big cruise ship. Like you see, the passagengers appreciate that special moments. ~~~~~~ Gosto muito de navios de cruzeiros. E, da minha casa, tenho a felicidade de poder vê-los entrar e sair do Porto do Funchal que em 2011 teve a visita de 303 paquetes e mais de 540 mil passageiros. Fiz este zoom na última partida do Ventura, um grande navio de cruzeiros. Como pode ver, os passageiros apreciam muito estes momentos.

The cruise ship Ventura, from the british company P&O, is not a constant presence in Funchal port, but passes through the capital of Madeira Island a few times during the year. It's a cruise ship with avant-garde lines, with huge outdoor cabins, as you can see in this zoom made by my soon Bernardo.

O navio de cruzeiros ventura, da companhia inglesa P&O, não é uma presença assídua no Porto do Funchal, mas passa pela capital da ilha da Madeira algumas vezes durante o ano. É um navio de linhas vanguardistas, com imensos camarotes exteriores, conforme se pode ver neste zoom feito pelo meu filho Bernardo.

The Aurora cruise ship in Funchal port in one beautifull day. The P&O cruise ships it's an around the world cruise. Today starts crossing the Pacific Ocean. Depart from Valparaiso in Chile. 21 days later is coming to Sidney, in Australia.
