Chafariz fountain
The Largo do Chafariz (square's fountain) owes its name to this source, with four faces, which is the center for many years. It's near the cathedral.

O largo do Chafariz deve o seu nome a esta fonte, com quatro caras esculpidas, que se encontra no centro há muitos anos. Fica muito perto da catedral.
The cathedral
This is one of the views of the Cathedral of Funchal (the tower on the right) most photographed. It is captured through the "Largo do Chafariz".
The tower on the left belongs to a typical building of the city where it is today the Santander bank.
