Google is to photograph the city of Funchal to introduce to its system "Street view" that allows virtually travel through the city without leaving the computer. This image that I caught shows the vehicle with the camera 360 degrees engaged in one of the streets of the city, specifically the Calçada de Santa Clara.
A Google está a fotografar a cidade do Funchal para introduzir no seu sistema "Street view", que permite viajar virtualmente pelas ruas da cidade sem sair do computador. Esta imagem que captei mostra o veículo com as câmaras de 360 graus acopladas, numa das ruas da cidade, concretamente a Calçada de Santa Clara.
Yes, they came here as well, and caught a few unsavory scenes in the old town, and were asked by the Barcelona Municipality to kindly remove the scenes of prostitution...

ReplyDeleteGreat shot, here in MC a few days ago start with this Google Street View and I wonder how they did it, just trying to imagine the technology used, but your picture show us, that is quite simple, a small car, probably one or two persons and driving around the cities, its amazing!
